my ball python has a 75w day blue light bulb and a 50w night black heat bulb?

i’m using a zilla deluxe snake kit.
it came with these two lamps and i’m not sure how to use them properly. do i also need to get an undertank heater to place under the hide box? or are the lamps good enough?
