You need a 220V to 100 or 110 V transformer.
A desk lamp may actually work without any power converter.
As long as the lamp fits. Put a 220V lamp and buy a simple plastic adaptor for the power plug.
Those would be watts. You need one that is a bit larger than the wattage of the lamp. All will be 240V to 120V or thereabouts.
To be practical, you are just as well off getting a domestic UK lamp, if not try to find a 240V bulb you can fit into your lamp. If the lamp is a low voltage halogen, you should try to replace its transformer with a UK one, with a UK line cord/plug and switch.
