My dog gets tear stains and light brown spot on body during the summer?

During the summer time , my dog will develop tear stains and light brown spots on the belly. Ive seen it in some dog during the summer. During the winter time everything would go away. He doesn’t act any different. Has your dog experience this? I question myself if Im doing something wrong .
